Cancellation conditions

Cancellation.

The following costs are due in case of withdrawal:

In case of cancellation up to 3 months before arrival, 20% of the total amount of the stay must be paid.

In case of cancellation from 3 to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total amount of the stay must be paid.

In case of cancellation from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total amount of the stay must be paid.

In case of cancellation less than 1 week before arrival, 90% of the total amount of the stay must be paid

If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Covid 19 Exception In case it is corona-related, while the booking period is no travel options. (Legal travel ban) the booking will be cancelled free of charge.

If you are sick with Covid 19, the cancellation costs are insured if you had taken out a hotel cancellation premium insurance.

We offer you the possibility to take out a cancellation insurance (Hotel Cancellation Premium) with the deposit in order to be able to pay the costs in case of cancellation.
