Bookings
The AGBH 2006 (AGBH 2006) bookings apply to all our bookings and are only valid if we have confirmed receipt of the reservation fee (30% of the booking amount).
The reservation fee must be received by us within  10 days of booking, otherwise the reservation will be deleted. The total cost of the stay must be received 3 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation. We offer you the possibility to take out a cancellation insurance (Hotel Cancellation Plus) with the deposit in order to be able to pay the costs in case of cancellation.
The following costs are due in case of withdrawal:
  • In case of cancellation up to 3 months before arrival, 20% of the total amount of the stay must be paid.
  • In case of cancellation from 3 to 1 month before arrival, 40% of the total amount of the stay must be paid.
  • In case of cancellation from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70% of the total amount of the stay must be paid.
  • In case of cancellation less than 1 week before arrival, 90% of the total amount of the stay must be paid
  • If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the full amount will be charged.

Covid 19 Exception
If it is Corona conditional, during the booking period there are no travel options. (Legal travel ban) the booking will be cancelled free of charge. If you are sick with Covid 19, the cancellation costs are insured if you had taken out a hotel cancellation premium insurance.
